HELIOS beneficiaries of the Integration Learning Center had the opportunity to visit an art exhibition hosted at the Kilkis Town Hall.  The exhibition is called "FRANTaless" and Natasha Baltouna captures on canvases the faces of wealthy, cultured, and independent women who fled to Greece in 1922 from Asia Minor and the Black Sea.Through the colors used, a muted pain, and the power of the soul that shouts "not conquered" is expressed.  The students enjoyed the exhibition and immediately felt a connection with the people depicted.
